You might want to consider a professional for the removal of squirrels in Columbus, Georgia

Columbus Squirrel Removal

Although I wrote everything I know about squirrel issues for this website, oftentimes a problem with squirrels in the attic is beyond the scope of the do-it-yourself homeowner to solve. I have found a professional company in Columbus, Georgia that handles problems with wildlife. Columbus Wildlife Removal Pro has access to tools, techniques, and experience that help them do a far better job at wildlife removal than a non-experienced homeowner could. They possess licensing that allows them to do certain types of work legally, that non-licensed homeowners in the state of Georgia are not allowed to do. For the welfare of your situation, and the squirrels, in some cases it's best to hire a pro.

There are good companies and bad companies out there. I've done research on such companies, to get to know them, and feel confident recommending their services. I therefore recommend a company called Columbus Wildlife Removal Pro which services Columbus, Georgia. If you have a squirrel problem, or any other conflict with a wild animal, and live in Columbus, I am confident that this company, Columbus Wildlife Removal Pro, is the one to call.

Hi David, First of all let me commend you for your efforts on squirrel education! I learned a lot just partially reading some of your websites (although I didn't get a chance to read all of them). I work exclusively with raptors so I know very little about both raccoons and/or squirrels. Are you a private trapper? You didn't give me any information about yourself; you did not include a signature. Are you aware of GA Wildlife Rehabilitators Association? I will forward your email to the board (I am secretary of WRA). Many of our board members (and a lot of our members) work with mammals. They would be better persons to ask advice from. The only thing that I noticed while surfing through your site was that it was difficult to find your other pages i.e. raccoon disease, wildlife rehabilitators, etc. You may want to have drop-down menus at the top of your page or a site map. Also, the only rehab center you have listed is one in GA; additionally you have wildlife rehab.org listed. You found me on wildlife rehab directory. I would suggest you not try to start up a new list of rehabbers, rather use the two that are already active. If you want to list non-profits you can list them in your "donate" page. You can be selective there. All the best, please consider joining our FWRA group, we have some of the best wildlife care conferences around! Dianna

Our neighbors' in laws witnessed squirrels pulling bricks out of our chimney recently. They have quickly done a lot of damage in a very short amount of time. We had the chimney patched up only a couple years ago, but I imagine they're trying to access it to build a nest and have babies. I want to prevent them getting in (if they haven't already). The chimney is not used for an active fireplace, but rather is in outlet for the furnace. I have had people suggest doe urine as well as playing music loudly. Do either of these things work, or do you have any suggestions? I don't think we'll be able to keep them off the roof since I'm fairly confident they use the power cables to access it, and the electric company said they couldn't do anything to help us when I contacted them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
