You might want to consider a professional for the removal of squirrels in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Myrtle Beach Squirrel Removal

Although I wrote everything I know about squirrel issues for this website, oftentimes a problem with squirrels in the attic is beyond the scope of the do-it-yourself homeowner to solve. I have found a professional company in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina that handles problems with wildlife. Terminix Service, Inc. has access to tools, techniques, and experience that help them do a far better job at wildlife removal than a non-experienced homeowner could. They possess licensing that allows them to do certain types of work legally, that non-licensed homeowners in the state of South Carolina are not allowed to do. For the welfare of your situation, and the squirrels, in some cases it's best to hire a pro.

There are good companies and bad companies out there. I've done research on such companies, to get to know them, and feel confident recommending their services. I therefore recommend a company called Terminix Service, Inc. which services Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If you have a squirrel problem, or any other conflict with a wild animal, and live in Myrtle Beach, I am confident that this company, Terminix Service, Inc., is the one to call.

David, There are squirrels in the sofit of my house. I am guessing by the sounds that I'm hearing that there are now babies in there, too. I often hear "mom" chewing the wood agressively & am not sure she has made her way into the attic, but will eventually. The problem is that the house is too tall for me to do anything about it. I don't have a ladder - or the means of moving one to the area - even if I did have access to one. The master bedroom has cathederal ceilings so I can't go into the attic and make my way to the sofit. (I don't know if that would even work.) I want the squirrels out. I don't want them dead; I just want them out of the house. I don't know how to get rid of Mom & babies without huge expense of hiring someone. Is that really my only option? Can I "drive" them out by playing heavy bass music? Will the mom relocate them because of the noise??? Or can I spray a perfume through the drywall?? (Something I like, but that squirrels don't.) I'm limited on options. I read your article. I am worried the babies will die (& smell) if we just get the mom trapped. ANYTHING you can offer will be appreciated.

My response: Neither bass music nor purfume will cause them, to leave. Have you considered hiring a professional wildlife removal company?

Thanks to the woodpeckers in my neighborhood and the hole that they created in my siding (20 feet up), I now have flying squirrels (1 to 3) living between the outside siding and the inside wall (between 1x6 studs). There is one entry hole. I have purchased Great Stuff with critter repellant, but have not applied it yet. The weather has been mild, but is about to get colder and I'm concerned (1) about my climbing up my extension ladder to do application and (2) whether the Great Stuff will really keep them out. Twice I have put the ladder in place and the banging has scared them out of the space (1st time - 3 squirrels, 2nd time - 1 squirrel). Any suggestions?
