David, Saw your page on the internet and obviously want rid of squirrels from my loft. I know where it get's in and am fairly certain that there is only 1 squirrel up there - however i don't know whether it's had babies and to be honest i'm a bit scared of encroaching on the nest too much. I've also been told that the squirrel in question leaves the loft every time i go up there. If i could confirm the squirrels departure and then board up the entrance - checking the nest on the way out - would this be sufficient or would the crazy little rascal attempt other ways to get back in? I guess you could hire a pro to help, or just skirt the law and relocate 'em, although mere trapping won't solve the problem, and trapping can be hard for beginners.

After weeks of believing that the ceiling had condensation issues because there was weeping of molasses-type liquid coming through the wood cracks, we finally saw a flying squirrel in the living room. I tried white vinegar and water and this works great if you catch the drip immediately. Afraid to use harsh chemicals.
