Hello, I am a veterinarian in Knoxville TN and I am working on my parent's house trying to get it ready to sell. I noticed some squeaking in the carpet and when I went to investigate found that squirrels had chewed through fascia and are living in the sub flooring of the second floor between second floor and basement. I have a feeling there are fingerlings and a mother squirrel living there.
